Returns & Exchanges

  • Handmade & Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our handmade and embroidered products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Digital Products: Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  3. A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase for non-custom items.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
